Unique Nature of Reclaimed Lumber

Our reclaimed lumber features a wide range of natural and time-worn characteristics, including but not limited to:

• Cracking and checking
• Cupping or warping
• Twisting and bowing
• Variation in grain patterns
• Distinctive coloration and patina
• Nail holes, knots, and other rustic imperfections

These traits are not considered defects but are rather celebrated aspects of reclaimed wood that reflect its authenticity and age. By purchasing our materials, customers acknowledge and accept these inherent features.

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that issues can arise. Returns or exchanges may be considered under the following conditions:

• The item was damaged during shipping and the damage is clearly documented upon delivery.
• An incorrect item was delivered, differing significantly from what was ordered (e.g., wrong dimensions or wood type).
• A return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order and includes clear photographic evidence supporting the issue.

All return requests are subject to approval by Beam and Board LLC. All of which will be handled on a case by case basis and may require additional fees. Custom orders and cut-to-size pieces are non-returnable.

• Your order number
• A detailed explanation of the issue
• Photographs of the item in question
• Date of delivery

Our team will review the request and respond within 2-3 business days with further instructions.
