Welcome to Beam and Board LLC. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms. We keep things straightforward, just like the work we do.

1. Product Authenticity

We work with genuine reclaimed wood sourced from aged barns, historic buildings, and other structures. Each piece carries its own history, complete with natural features like cracks, knots, color variations, and tool marks. These are not defects—they’re part of the story.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before production begins. Custom orders may require a non-refundable deposit. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

3. Production & Shipping

Production timelines vary by product, typically 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Shipping usually takes another 5-7 business days. Larger or custom orders may require additional time. Delivery dates are estimates—we’re careful with our work and don’t rush craftsmanship.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We stand by the quality of our work. However, due to the nature of reclaimed materials, all sales are final.
Returns or exchanges will only be considered for:

- Items damaged in shipping (must be documented upon delivery)

- Incorrect items sent

- Approved return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

- Orders canceled prior to shipment are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Once an order has shipped, cancellations and returns are not accepted.

5. Custom Orders

Custom work is what we do best. If you’d like something specific, please contact us before ordering. We’ll work with you to make sure it’s right for your space.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including photos, descriptions, and logos—is the property of Beam and Board LLC. Don’t use it without written permission. We like sharing, but only when asked.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages related to the use or installation of our products. Proper installation is required for safe use. If you have questions about installation, please contact us—we’re here to help.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide is used solely to process your order and communicate with you. We don’t sell or share your information with anyone.
